This flexibility has allowed us to expand further in the Denver, CO, area, along the East Coast and even internationally. No matter what model you choose, we combine state-of-the-art technology and old-school real estate savvy to evaluate what locations may be ideally suited to sustain the success of your restaurant over the long-term.

Beyond our original traditional model, Quiznos offers a non-traditional and convenience store (C-Store) model. Our original traditional model typically ranges from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet, although we can build down to 1,000 square feet and up to 1,800 square feet. Seating in a traditional store model, which is well suited for a strip mall with other stores and close to areas of heavy automobile or foot traffic, usually handles 20-plus guests, with an option for outdoor seating.

We’re also a natural fit in non-traditional spots, such as business centers and college campuses. Today’s consumers demand high levels of quality no matter the format, and Quiznos can adhere to the same level of expectation in a non-traditional location. Lastly our C-Store model enables Quiznos to expand to even more customers in busy urban areas like service plazas, truck stops and travel centers. Quiznos’ C-Store menu focuses on all dayparts, which is critical in the 24/7 space.
