This flexibility has helped fuel our expansion in the Denver, Colorado, area, along the East Coast and even internationally. Quiznos competes in a thriving quick service restaurant market that still has significant space to expand. We’re uniquely positioned to do well in business or industrial districts where there is a large daytime population with lunchtime business traffic. We also are looking for sites where there are high traffic counts with guests looking for a quick service restaurant dinner option.
Quiznos fans take their love for our iconic toasted sandwiches wherever they are and our non-traditional model is a natural fit in areas needing high-quality food made quickly, such as airports. Our non-traditional model also works well in truck stops, business centers and college campuses. Lastly, Quiznos offers a convenience store (C-Store) model that can build down to 800 to 900-square feet, ideal for non-traditional spots in busy urban areas such as service plazas, truck stops and travel centers. Quiznos’ C-Store menu focuses on all dayparts, which is critical in the 24/7 space.
With more than 750 locations around the world, Quiznos is focusing on a national expansion campaign; the plan is to grow by hundreds of locations in the coming years. Our revamped franchise agreement, which has been dubbed “The New Deal,” lives up to its progressive, transformative namesake by offering:
- A reduced franchise fee of $10,000
- Lower ongoing royalty fees of 5%
- Lower ongoing national advertising fee of 2%
