We have people come in all the time telling us they searched us out because they want Quiznos,” says Adam Sinnard, multi-unit franchise owner in Denver. “We have very loyal guests and there are a lot of people that are seeking us out and we need new locations for those people.”

In recent years, Quiznos has invested significantly in technology that harnesses our customer data. Our 4-star Toasty Points app, for example, has been downloaded more than 500,000 times. It provides franchisees with incredibly beneficial real-time data through a dashboard, everything from guest information to reviews of their specific Quiznos restaurant location. It also provides owners with the ability to customize a marketing plan based on their store’s Toasty Points members.

Now, we get to complement this brand equity with real information about what our customers like and dislike, in order to develop a menu that both retains our loyal customers and captures more of the market. With more than 750 locations around the world, Quiznos is focusing on a national expansion campaign; the plan is to grow by hundreds of locations in the coming years.
