Quiznos Sandwich Franchise Offers One of the Most Robust Training Platforms in the Industry
Our franchisee-centric culture and robust training support owners before opening day and throughout the life of their business
Every Quiznos sandwich franchise is backed by a franchisee-focused team that has invested significantly in ongoing training and support to help franchisees thrive and prosper.
That’s why franchising with Quiznos, one of the most well-loved brands in the $21 billion sandwich industry, is easier than you think. While we welcome prior experience in the restaurant industry, it isn’t required. Our world-class training includes several components — online training, hands-on training and classroom training — and all with the same end goal of long-term growth:
“Our training platform is one of the most robust in the entire sandwich-franchise industry, and it is designed to help make our franchisees become top-performers over the long term,” says Patrick Hilton Casey, EVP of Operations North America. “The culture of our brand is franchisee-centric, which means that our one and only goal is to help our franchisees thrive and prosper, and we provide them with the tools they need to make their dreams of success a reality.”
Ongoing support means franchisees are never alone
Because many of our franchisees join Quiznos without any experience in the restaurant industry, Quiznos has developed an intensive initial training and ongoing education platform to help them get established quickly and thrive over the long term.
New franchisees are immediately granted access to our online training platform, which helps prep them for the intensive three-week training session at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. These online modules cover everything from our POS system to training employees and continue to be a great resource for owners once their location is opened. New franchisees also work at our busy corporate-owned restaurant in Denver, learning every aspect of the business, from making sandwiches to managing a crew.
While in Denver, franchisees also will complete classroom training sessions covering areas such as marketing. Lastly, franchisees can have peace of mind knowing they’ll have ongoing coaching from their field representative once their restaurant is up and running.
“We’re interested in building a relationship and offering the mentoring, training and education to empower our franchisees to become successful. We’re not focusing on hyper-growth, we’re focusing on growing smart,” Hilton says. “We’re focusing on finding the entrepreneurs who are passionate about our brand and a drive to succeed to open Quiznos in their communities.”
